so.... i'm starting to regret this so much... see those two sake bottles/ bud vases on the background? they were my first 'naked peacock feathers'. out of frustration or because i'm a "mentalist" (got that from gareth - the office) i destroyed them...

by the way,

Naked Peacock Feather Cup

comes with a free gift.

another shhh series cup + saucer set!

a little sleeping bird asleep on a tree branch.

the other day i was walking around talking on the phone with my mom and

saw this beautiful blossoming tree... spring. that inspired me to draw     one of my little sleeping birds on a tree branch with tiny little flowers   starting to bloom.

shhh series

the shhh series comes from my fascination with the positions in which people manage to sleep in when completely knackered. passed out. gone.

i've decided to romanticize the act by drawing little birds in such positions.
